Terms of Service

Reflex Motorsport is a community sim-racing league run by volunteers for fun. It is not a commercial racing series, and nothing on this site is a promise of a particular grid, schedule or result.

To sign in you need a Discord account, and to race you need to be a member of the league’s Discord server and meet its entry requirements. You must be 13 or older, or the minimum age for Discord in your country if higher. Racing may also require an EA account, an iRacing subscription or Le Mans Ultimate, which are your own responsibility.

• Sign in only as yourself and keep your Discord account secure.
• Give accurate signup details, including your EA ID.
• Race cleanly and treat other drivers, stewards and staff with respect, on the track and off it.
• Do not cheat, exploit the site, attempt to access other people’s accounts, or interfere with its operation.
• Follow the rulebook and the league Discord server rules.

Race incidents are reviewed by the league’s stewards (the “FIA” panel). Their decisions on penalties, licence points, disqualifications and results are final within the league. You may submit a defence through the process set out in the rulebook, but there is no appeal outside the league.

You keep ownership of what you upload, including screenshots, clips, video links, profile text and liveries. By submitting it you give Reflex a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it and show it on this site, in race broadcasts and in league media, for as long as it is relevant to the league. Only submit content you have the right to share, and do not include other people’s personal information.

Reflex Motorsport is an independent community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, Electronic Arts, Codemasters, iRacing or Le Mans Ultimate and its publishers. All related names, marks and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the games and series the league races.

The site and league are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, accurate or free of errors, and standings and results may be corrected at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Reflex and its volunteers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or participation in the league. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the site and leave the league at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts, ban drivers and remove content that breaks these terms or the rulebook. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

We may update these terms as the league evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Reflex Motorsport is operated, and any dispute will be handled there. Questions about them can be sent to us through the Reflex Motorsport Discord server.
