Short version
- You sign in with Discord only. We never see or store a password.
- Your display name, avatar, EA ID, results and penalties are public on the site and on race broadcasts.
- We set only essential cookies. Ask in the Discord server to see, correct or delete your data.
Who runs this site
Reflex Motorsport (“Reflex”, “we”) operates this website and the league’s Discord community. Contact: the Reflex Motorsport Discord server.
What we collect and why
- Discord account details. When you sign in we receive your Discord ID, username and avatar. Sign-in is Discord OAuth2 only. We never see or store a password.
- Server membership. A Discord bot reads your membership, roles and nickname in the league server to decide what you can access, and may send you direct messages about signups and stewarding.
- Signup details. Your EA ID, any social handles you choose to add, timezone, division, endurance platform, platform ID and class, availability and experience notes, and an optional iRacing member ID. We use these to build the grid, publish driver profiles and run the championship.
- Stewarding material. Links to screenshots or video, and the written statements or defences you submit, are used to review incidents.
- Race data. Results, lap data, penalties and standings for the races you enter. Your display name, Discord avatar and ID, EA ID, social handles, driver media, results and penalties are public on the site and may appear on race broadcast overlays.
- Highlights. Images and videos you upload to your driver profile are stored with Cloudflare R2 and shown publicly.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and reliability.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count how often each page is viewed. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build individual profiles. There are no advertising or social-media tracking scripts.
Third parties
- Discord handles sign-in and hosts the community server.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and database (Workers, D1 and R2) and processes request logs.
- iRacing: if you link your iRacing member ID, we fetch your public iRacing profile (name, club, licences and ratings) from iRacing and refresh it periodically.
- YouTube and Twitch may load when a page embeds a video or clip. They apply their own privacy policies once the embed loads.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Login sessions expire after 30 days. Your profile, signup details and race history are kept while you are in the league, and until your account is removed or you retire and ask us to delete it. Published race results may remain as part of league history. Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us through the Discord server and we will respond within a reasonable time. Signing out ends your session immediately. Removing the app in Discord does not delete data we already hold, so message us to request deletion.
Children
You must meet Discord’s minimum age for your country to use the site. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; contact us if you believe we have.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when something changes and revise the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced on the Discord server.
